Who are we?
Sicc.Zine is a diverse, collaborative project focused on the publishing of experimental zines and curatorial activities. Our team is just as diverse as our work, consisting of artists, writers and art historians. Scroll down to meet the Sicc.zine team!

Marlene Heidinger (b. 1996, Vienna) is an artist, filmmaker and curator based in Vienna, Austria. She studied painting and experimental animation at the Universität für Angewandte Kunst Vienna and at the ECV in Paris. She also works as a freelance storyboad artist and animation filmmaker. Currently she studies art education, curation and management (ecm) at the Universität für Angewandte Kunst Vienna. Marlene is the initiator of the Sicc.zine project, a contributing artist and works as a curator, project coordinator and writer in the Sicc.zine team.
Miryana Sarandeva (b. 1995, Sofia) is an animation filmmaker based in Vienna, Austria. She studied at the Universität für Angewandte Kunst Vienna and graduated in 2019. Miryana is a contributing artist, and works as a curator and writer in the Sicc.zine team.
Lukas Brunner lives and works in Vienna. He studies art history at the Hauptuniversität Vienna and works as a freelance writer. He also has a great passion for music and plays in a band. He joined the Sicc.Zine team in 2021.
Silvia Knödlstorfer, born 1996 in St. Pölten, is a painter and animator. She lived and worked both in Vienna ans Tokyo, her work is heavily influenced by Japanese culture. She graduated from "Die Angewandte" in 2022 and joined the Sicc.zine collective in the same year.
Lenz Mosbacher (b. 1993, Vienna) is a comic artist based in Vienna. He is interested in exploring and expanding the comics medium. His work can be found in various media such as print, exhibitions, films, theatre and – of course – zines. He joined the Sicc.zine collective in 2022.
Merlin Dickie, born 1991 in Vienna, is a painter and filmmaker based in Vienna. He has worked as a special effects makeup artist and art director before studying painting and animation at "die Angewandte", where he graduated in 2020. He joined the Sicc.zine collective in 2022.
